Courses
L.K. Quality Bt. has
dealt with the hard side of quality, namely with statistical methods for
many years.
 The
courses offer tools for improving processes, what can be applied to
continuous (TQM) and breakthrough quality improvement.
 The
courses are supported by software (MINITAB, ProcessModel,
MTB Quality Companion),
what are provided by the organizer during the training. Each participant
uses his/her own notebook (requirements to the computer can be seen
here)
 Company
data brought by the
attendants are analyzed during the courses.
 The
courses lay/deepen the basic knowledge necessary to run Six Sigma
projects.
 The
participants receive certification about finishing the courses.
 The
courses are built each other; to keep the sequences of the courses is
