L.K. Quality Bt. has dealt with the hard side of quality, namely with statistical methods for many years.

  • The courses offer tools for improving processes, what can be applied to continuous (TQM) and breakthrough quality improvement.
  • The courses are supported by software (MINITAB, ProcessModel, MTB Quality Companion), what are provided by the organizer during the training. Each participant uses his/her own note-book (requirements to the computer can be seen  here)
  • Company data brought by the attendants are analyzed during the courses.
  • The courses lay/deepen the basic knowledge necessary to run Six Sigma projects.
